For The International Society of Type Design competition, I based my work on prisoners of war. During WWII POW were constantly transported around camps around Japanese in harsh conditions.
I felt this narrative was important for both Japanese and English readers to understand. I did this by separating the publication into the two languages, however read together you get the whole picture.
